The following Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made on the Citel UK Store:
Items requested that are currently in stock can be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of payment.
Items requested that are not in stock can normally be shipped within 15 business days of receipt of payment.
Payment, by one of the supported methods, must be received to initiate shipment.
TVA Demonstration Kits are supplied one-only to bona fide trade dealers, resellers, system integrators etc.
Businesses should provide their VAT number.
Prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling.
Goods are being quoted FOB Loughborough, UK. Shipping to your location is quoted and charged separately.
DHL shipping service quoted is DHL's UK 24 hour / next day service.
Insurance can be arranged on request.
Goods are covered by a limited warranty for a period of one year from purchase.
Damage caused by Acts of God are not covered (e.g. lightning) by limited warranty.
Extended Service Warranty Contracts are Available.

Up to date Technical Publications and user manuals are normally available from Citel websites. Instructions on this will be provided with purchase.
