Total Voting Rights

June 29, 2007 – In comformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, Citel plc announces that its share capital consists of 21,854,122 ordinary shares of 3.8 pence each with share carrying the right to one vote. Citel plc does not hold any shares in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Citel plc is 21,854,122. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calcualtion by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Citel plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
