Citel was founded in Nottingham, UK in 1995. The Company acquired MCK Communications from Verso Technologies in January, 2005. Citel plc began trading on the London Stock Exchange AIM market July 7, 2006 under the ticker symbol CITE.L. Citel plc is incorporated in the United Kingdom with its headquarters in Seattle, Washington USA. Its main country of operation is the USA. Research and development is conducted in Nottingham England.
