Larry McIntosh, Director, Product Management and Sales Engineering is responsible for Citel's product direction, pre-sales engineering efforts and relationships with Tier 1 carriers. McIntosh has more than 25 years experience in IP network operations, developing and managing pre-sales engineering organizations and product direction and deployments. He has management experience from telecommunications companies such as Comsat International, Equant Network Services Inc., Bell Canada/Teleglobe and Telenet/Sprint International Corp.
