Interim Chief Executive Officer & Director

Jose David joined Citel in October 2005 as chief financial officer. Having received a B.A. in business administration from the University of Washington, Mr David worked as a certified public accountant at Price Waterhouse LLP from 1978 to 1983. After a period as manager of finance for Wang Laboratories, Inc., Mr David joined Active Voice Corporation as chief financial officer in 1989 where he played a key role in its IPO in 1993 and subsequent sale of Active Voice to Cisco Systems Inc. in 2001 for $295 million. Subsequently in 2002, Mr David joined ImageX, Inc. as chief financial officer, where he effected the sale of the business to Kinko’s Inc. for $24 million.
